Lisbon, 27th October, 2014 – AnubisNetworks, a leading company specialized in real time threat intelligence solutions, today announced the acquisition of 100% of its capital by BitSight, an American company specialized in IT Security Ratings.

This acquisition was based on AnubisNetworks innovative technology and highly qualified human resources, reflecting the international recognition of talent and investment opportunities in Portugal. AnubisNetworks will continue to operate in Portugal as a subsidiary of BitSight, with no impact on the relationship with its partners and customers.

According to Francisco Fonseca, AnubisNetworks CEO: “AnubisNetworks solutions will have an important role in the affirmation of BigSight as a leader in assigning security ratings to worldwide companies. To support this ambition, there are plans for growing the team. The current management team will remain focused on AnubisNetworks to reinforce the globalization strategy of our offer, keeping the entrepreneurial spirit we have since day one”.
