Thorgeir Einarsson
The founder of Elevera Advisers, Thorgeir Einarsson, has created, built and sold tech companies in Europe, the US, Asia, and Africa for the last 30 years.Thorgeir started his career as a founder of innovative and disruptive software solutions in global supply chain & logistics and later business process optimization.Thorgeir has, over the years, helped clients grow, fund, and exit their businesses for various industries, specifically cybersecurity, mobile apps, e-commerce, energy, financial services, real estate, HR, med-tech, advertising, and education.Thorgeir co-founded Qiva Inc. (formerly TTSI Ltd) in 1988 – a leading provider of global logistics and transportation software with headquarters in London and San Francisco (acquired by TradeBeam in 2003 and today part of Aptean).Thorgeir also co-founded Categoric Software Corp. in 1997 – the author of the industry’s first Business Activity Monitoring and Event Alerting Platforms (Xalerts), with headquarters in Palo Alto, CA (acquired by CDC Software in 2009 and today part of Aptean).Thorgeir also served as VP of International for Sendmail Inc. (Emeryville, CA), the leading email security and infrastructure provider, during 2003-2005 (acquired by Proofpoint, Sunnyvale, CA, in 2013).After advising over 20 startups to raise $150m+ venture capital, Thorgeir co-founded Pitchago in 2020 - an innovative SaaS platform for entrepreneurs to self-assess their startups and build a level-up action plan. Pitchago uses a proprietary venture score algorithm by VCs, Accelerators, and Incubators to automatically rate and grade ventures. Thorgeir holds a BSc from University of Gothenburg, Sweden.

Mattias Berntsson
Mattias Berntsson is Elevera’s associate partner in Sweden. Mattias has advised growth companies within strategy, business development, and private placements within HealthTech, HRTech, GreenTech, and retail and advised private equity fund managers on fundraising and investor relations. His career spans more than 20 years of experience in investments and financing companies, projects, real assets, and funds in private and public situations, internationally and in Sweden. He has developed a broad international network in the private equity, venture capital, and real asset industry, built close relationships with institutional investors, private equity, venture groups, foundations, family offices, business angels, and private investors committed to private capital as an asset class.Mattias started his career as a trainee at ABB Financial Services, which took him to Zurich, Switzerland, where he, as Head of Strategy and Business Development at ABB Equity Ventures, gained experience in corporate venture capital and private equity infrastructure investments. After ABB, Mattias joined Swiss Re Private Equity Partners as a Vice President in Zurich, responsible for investments in European private equity and venture capital funds and institutional investor relationships in the Nordic region.After ten years in Zurich, Mattias took on the role of Principal at Pantheon in London, a true pioneer private equity asset manager, where he initiated, launched and managed a pioneer private infrastructure investment program for third-party institutional clients. At the same time managed relationships with investment managers in the Nordic private equity and venture industry.After five years in London, Mattias moved back to Sweden and took on the position of CIO at AP6, managing investment strategy and asset allocation and chairing the investment committee. Before launching AltAvant, Mattias was Head of Investments at Region Västra Götaland, focusing mainly on healthcare infrastructure, MedTech, and transport investments.Mattias holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Major in Accounting and Business Finance from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law, Gothenburg, Sweden

Sean Salehi
Sean Salehi is Elevera’s associate partner in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 1982, Mr. Salehi has been developing, marketing, and implementing leading technology solutions for various industries, specifically retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and financial services.Mr. Salehi brings over twenty years of global experience in corporate management, strategic and financial planning, P&L, startup and turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, e-commerce, product management, product development, R&D, management information systems, ASP operations, and supply chain.Salehi served as Senior Vice President of Global Products for QRS Corporation managing the $65M software business and the driving force behind the vision for the retail and CPG supply chain overseeing R&D, product management, ASP operations, and information technology infrastructure for the company. Inovis acquired QRS in 2004.Before joining QRS, Salehi was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Fair Isaac, a software and services company serving the financial services industry based in San Rafael, Calif. His career includes ten years with Hewlett-Packard, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on information technology strategies, as well as CIO positions at MagneTek Inc., a $2B global manufacturer of electrical and electronics products, and Cypress Semiconductor, a $700M global manufacturer of Semiconductor products.Salehi holds an MBA from Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from California State University at Northridge.

Antonio Fonduca
Antonio is an ex-entrepreneur, corporate executive, and VC with experience leading global implementation and growth in new business technologies. Over the past several decades, he has actively participated in the start-up/scale-up ecosystem, identifying and implementing novel technologies to accelerate top- and bottom-line business growth.With proven experience in leading start/scale-ups, creating and implementing global strategies, marketing, and business plans, and developing disruptive innovations and business models, Antonio has managed global organizations in B2B industries and implemented M&A strategies. His experience covers a broad range of business areas, including commercialization, business and corporate development, innovation, and strategic business modeling. Additionally, his industry-specific knowledge extends across the health, food, and deep tech sectors.Antonio connects the dots, primarily in the European triple helix landscape, as a Venture Diplomat and seasoned deal- and matchmaker. With a focus on international deal transactions, M&A, negotiations & due diligence, clients include investment firms, multinational F1000 corporations, and governmental bodies such as the European Commission and the European Innovation Council.Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry, an MBA in Marketing Management, and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration. He also studied at UC Berkeley and the Stockholm School of Business & Entrepreneurship.
